It is safe to say no one would be glad to have me as their lawyer. But it really isn't a legal issue. It is common sense. Any person who has basic reading and thinking skills, which apparently excludes you, can see it has NOT ONE THING to do with fracking. And as I pointed out 3 times, the attorney who drafted it said the same thing. Fracking just isn't at issue here. Only the weakest minds find it useful to obfuscate issues with irrelevant bullshit.
