That's total bull shit......El Chapo knows exactly what he's doing and truthiness is not part of his equation. His objective is to trash the ACA and Obama.....if a little lie helps, so be it.... He does it every day several times a day....Brumey is the same way. Both could do their homework if they wanted to....and you can too.
