Here's what Ameritrade says about the SIMO charge to the dividend.

------------

I just checked with our dividend department. They explained this security had a dividend fee of $0.0025 per share. This looks to be a new fee in 2014 as was not charged last year. The ADR agent is Bank of New York and this is typically where the fee would be charged.

-------------

I've never heard of a dividend fee, have you? It is a small amount, but I still don't understand it.
