I guess it's gone. Thanks for the tip! However, I still don't have a video player.

I went to Microsoft to get the Microsoft Media Player. It says click 'continue' and enter the validation code. I clicked continue after allowing javascript, but I never got an activation code.

This is getting tiresome. Microsoft is going to discontinue support for XP in April. That must be the way they get you to buy a new PC.

I'm thinking about getting a tablet computer for internet use and keep my PC off line.

Do you think that's a good idea?
