Len, I went over the financials last night,including the latest 10QSB/A filed Nov.25 for the 2nd qtr. This company appears to alive and doing very well. From my perspective it has a strong operating statement and an equally strong balance sheet. The only reason they had a decrease in operating income during the 2nd qtr. was due to an increase in administrative expenses. This might be a concern but one that is easily rectified if it proves to be a burdon on the P&L. At any rate I took a position today early and was fortunate to get in at 2 3/8 or at least it looks like I was fortunate since the latest sale was 2 11/16. I can't figure what has been holding the Co. back. The 3rd qtr. is comiing to a close in Dec. Does anyone have any information or estimate on the 3rd qtr? I didn't talk to the company before I took a position, which is unusual for me. But several posts on this thread were very positive also with some good dd, so I took the plunge. Regards, HG
