"The AG business is only 20% of the revenues" - Its not about how big it is, its about how much it gets sold for.

The liquidation value of the company was 750M, when it came out of bankruptcy in 2010. Regarding commodities, you tell me one company on this planet that produces chemicals and is the ONLY ONE doing it. Chemicals are generally commodities IMO, its not about product, its about quality of product, then relationships you have, more imp, how the management is, how they manage their balance sheet, where their focus is.

Even if they don;t sell agro, its still growing and has a bright future. And this company will trade at takeover premium in another 1 or 2 yrs. Most of the restructuring gets done by 1Q14 that the company was undergoing for the last 3 years. The firm is run by former CEO of Hercules who has practically got his team running CHMT now. I was following CHMT before Gabellie talked about it, and he hits on some good points.

Whats your opinion on the overall " polyurethanes and bromides" market, going forward. It has def. seen better days, in the past.
