"Republicans do have educational proposals in their "voucher" system." LOL! The "voucher" system (R)'s propose would provide white people with the money required above the vouchered amount a way into private schools, and provide white people with the money to pay for private schools entirely out of their own pocket with a subsidy. The black folks who can't afford the extra money would be left in the public schools. It's a plan for re-segregation. On top of that, it would kill public education. There's only so much money available.
