RTXB HAS FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY The filing documents are available here: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RTXB/filings Authorized shares were increased from 400,000,000 to 5,000,000,000 (that's 5 BILLION!!) shares on July 7th 2013. In addition, A 10 MILLION share Preferred has been issued. Terms of the preferred have not been disclosed.
