David, When you talked with Halef, did he mention when the contracts for the Sable project will be awarded? I think that some contract announcements on major projects are sorely needed to assure people that ECOs future growth is substantiated. I think that the market conditions combined with a lull in news from ECO has shaken many people out of this stock. Lets hope the contract awards are concurrent with a market rebound and new analyst coverage. January should be a good month for all this to occur if the Asian crisis can be somewhat contained by the end of December. Mark
