It also allows for the safest form of disposal we know of, of everything from nuclear waste to biological waste from hospitals and meat packing plants.

Absent a real reason for regulating these wells, where the injected material is MILES below the water table, and given the state's OWN regulation, why do we need for EPA to be involved at all?
