That is the right wings #1 myth. You do not incentivize people to move out of poverty. If you get them educated they will move out of poverty on their own. People don't move out of poverty, because they don't know how to do it! Education teaches them how to do it.. <<One of the goals is to incentivize getting people to move out of poverty so they in fact are NOT being controlled by government. An endless cycle of poverty hooked semi-permanently to government assistance only continues the cycle generation to generation. ...........If the poor goes to the store and buy whatever they want - there is little reason for them to change. Shouldn't our main goal be - besides providing healthy food be to move those who are constantly hungry - be to give them incentives to advance themselves?
