I don't think anyone "knows what the future holds" with regard to pricing or anything else.
One thing from the CC is that it was noted that during a previous period of overcapacity the sector corrected itself in one quarter; it was suggested that it would take longer this time, though the corrective actions are underway industry wide.
The company was also declarative that next quarter should be better than this quarter, FWIW. Big difference between that and closing plants, laying off people, etc.
