I personally lost a substantial amount of money
yesterday and I have deep suspicions that the company
did not operate in good faith. I feel that such a dramatic
was forseen by the companyt and thus one of the reasons
why they have not repurchased the 2 million shares they
were suppose to buy.Further, why did they not inform
the stockholders before the so-called downtime situation
in advance and let us all feel that the company was on
track. All this could and should have planned for
in advance and the earnings could have been adjusted
months ago. The stock has been declining for sometime
and there was a reasons but we were not informed but the
insiders must have know. I just have a sneaky feeling, and maybe I am wrong, that something smells and I wonder if within the ranks
of the Vivus group someone snmarter than I am can use their
legal wits to investigate or call for some action by the SEC or
someone else. I would appreciate any comments. By the way I
felt I had to diapose of all my shares because I cannot
understand such stupidity. Thanks.
