Bryan and George,

>> I am mad as hell that for whatever reason, the warrants have dropped thru the floor.<<

I have an $8,000 paper loss in the stock, never had the warrants but may still buy some. However I am mad as hell at people like you two because you overextended yourselves and drove down the price of my shares. Wake up people, you tried to get rich quick and failed. When blaming people look in the mirror first!!!

Then on top of it you want to compound the problem by not converting and teaching management a lesson. Which financial book did you get that one out of?

Extending the warrant period will not help as most of the overextended will not be able to raise the required money anyway. Also BNGO is not in a vacuum here. Anyone notice that the market in general is in a slide this past few days. If we extend and it goes below $5 what will you guys propose then?

The most logical and financially sound thing to do is convert if you can or sell and salvage what you can. Any other strategy is illogical at best.

Sorry for the long post but you guys just got to me with your so called strategy.

Dennis
