I have MSSE downloaded to each of my computers and also use Malwarebytes, and I very rarely have issues. Considering it is a MSFT product, and I figure they have a vested interest in keeping their product protected, I didn't hesitate. I have been very happy with it.

I run Malwarebytes on a weekly basis, and MSSE is always running and updated as needed.
