The reason for the plunge today probably had to do
with UMSI's triumvirate (Jerry Baker,Dennis Cole and Guy Zani)
being deposed today in CT for Dr.Ariscan's court case.

I wonder if either UMSI or KOSTECH were to be convicted
of fraudulent behaviour re UMSI ,would there be cause for a,what do you fellows call it there,class action? I emphazise that I have no proof of any fraudulent behaviour by either of them,but I am just speculating.Any legal eagle's comments?
