Sure.

Strong superconductor technologies, many patents, investment darling priced in the $40s.

Three years ago, made the mistake of starting a new venture to develop their front end RF patents, a field with only a tenuous relationship to their core strengths.

R&D expenses exceeded projections and started a spiral of reverse splits and dilutions.

They have now spun off that new venture (Resonant) and it has filed for an IPO.

Free of that distraction, (although they retain minority ownership), they are now poised to continue where they left off in 2011.

Charts show recent strength and 9M float gives them volatility.

Analysts' ST target is $5.50.

Stock price is being held down artificially, IMO, always a good sign.
