Biopicker, Could you expand on your analysis of Agouron's valuation?

I get a price to sales ratio of 4.38. The price to sales ratio you used for comparison is 3.56. Does that indicate that Agouron is overly valued at this point? If Japan Tabacco takes 50%, then the ratio is 8.76.
