Kicking Russia out of the G8 has no real downside. They are only a member because Clinton wanted to take some of the sting out of their humiliation after the fall of the Soviet Union. Another one I like is seizing the money and properties that the Russian oligarchs have squirreled away in the West. It would be interesting to see what would come out of that...
