Two errors:

The word "once" needs to be capitalized. At least the "o".

"Your sincerely" should be "Yours sincerely" - and do companies sign like that?

"This process does not take more than 3 minutes" while correct, is usually expressed as "This process takes less than 3 minutes"

As if I can write English real good.

But Apple does have the $ to hire people who majored in English in college and can output perfect sentences with barely a thought.

Not me, I struggle.
