Norm, you're not understanding that NT Server and NT Enterprise Server are different products. That's why there's a price difference. The $3000 version of NT4 Server is different from the $11000 NT4 Enterprise Server. Whoever bought the $3000 NT/S can upgrade it to the comparable edition of NT5 for a similar cost. But if they want to upgrade it to the Enterprise edition, then they have to pay more.
