CH- According to their July 28, 1997 news release introducting the IQX-200:

"In the near future the same IQX-200 platform also will support migration to Gigabit Ethernet, E1, xDSL, and accept incoming wireless connections."

Being that one of their subsidiary's/business units specializes in RF's, I don't think they'll have any problem bringing it to the market successfully.

To answer your other question, they are not having any manufacturing problems that I'm aware of, and being able to ship 85% of that backlog in the next 2 months demonstrates that.
