Hey.. now that IS encouraging. But then again, I bet they are anxious to do a lot of things. Too bad it all depends on someone ponying up $10 million in equity and debt financing in a company who's mangement can only be trusted to issue press releases of deals that seldom reach fruition or are later found to be lacking. Take for example the Pilar de Caribe. If they acquired this "garbage scow" in 1996, why the h*ll isn't it sailing the ocean blue raking in big money in transport fees. Did it get seized??
