The stock market is very dangerous and as you wrote manipulation is very high, I would not bet on either direction as it would be a bet on Putin's mood.

It is all depends now how they will sugarcoat the major political failure of both the US and EU to read what is going on within Russia and I fear also in China. Putin acted out of pure weakness at home to rally the "troops" and ignore dismissal economic growth high unemployment and high inflation.

The discontent of those supporting his is growing by leaps and bounds but again they are brainwashed and extremely patriotic.

If the West will declare victory (irrelevant what happens on the ground) expect a spike up - rosy days are with us again, on the other side if the transgression will be so evident and the West will not be able sugar coat the situation we go downhill IMHO

So my advise stay out as a trader - place close stops as an investor.
