Sandie actually it was Captain Nemo who was researching the Crowne Ravina situation as it would apply to their laundry system and others in the future. However I will endeavor to answer some of your questions first would there be OZON people on site to handle quality control? I can't see any reason why this would be necessary. After the system has been completely installed and tested to see everything is working well there should be no need to have anyone on the Cyclopss payroll present unless something when wrong. I'm certain that these state of the art laundry systems are fully automated to the extent that they will do everything but load and unload themselves. Yes there will be gauges and dummy lights to pay attention to but having a college degree won't make a person any better at that. The average hotel staff person should be just fine for that job. In fact I remember a story my dad told me about the old Navy where they had to select a person with a low IQ to watch the boiler gauges. Anyone who was just a little too smart would forget how important their job was and stop watching the gauges as their mind would wander. New equipment like this will be certain to have some kind of warning system if the water temperature or ozone mix is not ideal. So I guess in this case even a guy with a college degree might be able to handle the job. If the mixture was inadequate I'm sure all that will need to be done is turn a knob or two and it will be corrected. The great thing is that these systems do a better job of washing and decontaminating in the case of a hospital at a cost that can reduce laundry expenses by more than 50%. Now if something does need maintenance on a regular basis you can be sure there will be a maintenance agreement in place. One that will provide service calls when needed and incidentally bring in further revenue for Cyclopss. Remember all that is necessary to produce ozone is oxygen, air and an electric arc. The ozone is mixed with water and surfactants(soap)and even though the design is rocket science the use of the design is not.

Regards, Jeff
