Just upgraded to Quicken H & B 14, and instead of an upgrade I think it could qualify for a downgrade. Slow and jerky and I see very little in new features. Wish I could go back to 2010, but Intuit has a cash machine where you have to upgrade every few years or lose contact features. One day I intend to try to find something better, and wouldn't recommend anyone start with Quicken.
