Well, last weekend I smoked a 5lb beef brisket, 16 lbs of pork shoulder and 6 racks of baby back ribs. That was for LB 50th Bday. The brisket was the absolute best I have ever done. I used apple wood and the meat tasted better than when I use cherry. This weekend we are going trout fishing at Montauk state park here in MO. In a couple weeks I will be in Lake Charles LA for a week at one of our offices down there. Still have the boy's car to finish, truck needs door fixed, water pump, all 7 cars need oil changes, I have a fence to fix, the bathroom needs redid, need a roof, need a driveway. What I really need is spring to get here. My youngest received a scholarship for 50% tuition at Missouri Baptist University for volleyball. So I have 2 kids in college starting in August and one playing a sport. Pretty cool. My oldest has fallen hard for his first girlfriend. She is from Beirut Lebanon and they intend to go there this summer. I do not think that is going to happen. This is an election year over there. His girlfriends parents said she is not even allowed to return. We will be in Houston in June/July for the boys volleyball nationals. Should be fun. Lots going on now that my life does not revolve around 12 hrs days 7 days a week in a small town in western KS. Mgmt on that job are continuing to make horrible decisions and the project is just extending and extending. How is MsFran and her beau? I know you have plenty going on. What is prognosis for being back up and at'em?
