Then why did TSIS tank? .... they are not a new company like CSCA, MIDL & MDCE which are not even 90 days with their mergers into shells but these companies are doing SEC filings. TSIS is sending shareholders them instead of filing them immediately to the SEC so the public can see them. Plus they are selling shares at a discount. HELLO!! and it is suppose to go on for another 30-60 days to knowledge at .02 below the bid. AND they put out news releases to shareholders first so they can buy on rumor and sell on the actual news as people are buying in. That is why it is tanking. JMO GB
