Eric Desaulniers, MSc, P.Geo - President & CEO and Director

Mr. Desaulniers is a professional geologist with a specialization in geophysics and integrated 3D earth modeling. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geology and a master in geophysics from Laval University in Quebec City. As a project manager for the world-leading geophysical corporation Sander Geophysics, he managed numerous international large scale interpretation and data acquisition projects in the Middle East, in Central and North African countries, and in North America for major clients like the British Geological Survey, Saudi Aramco, the Moroccan government, BRGM (France) and Shell. In 2007, He participated in an expedition to the North Pole in the Canadian Arctic with the Columbia University of New York. Since 2008, he offers high level and well managed geological and geophysical services to the mineral industry. He was instrumental in the technical interpretation that led to the development of Lac LaBlache Fe-Ti-V deposit, the Desolation Lake Iron deposit and the Lac Lamêlée South Iron deposit. Prior to start his career in the mining sector, M. Desaulniers served as an Infantry Officer in the Canadian Forces where he specialized in leadership instruction, advanced negotiation training and project management.

Jacques Letendre, MSc, P.Geo - Technical Advisor, Director

Jacques Letendre received an M.Sc. in geology from the University of Montréal in 1976. Subsequent work in various fields of geology (paleontology, sedimentology, marine geology, Quaternary geology) led him to join De Beer’s Canadian subsidiary early in 1982. Since then, that is for the last 30 years, he managed numerous exploration project in the Americas and Africas. His career in the diamond industry includes a 12 year stint with De Beers Canada (from 1982 to 1994) which led him from Project Geologist to Exploration Manager for the whole of Canada. From 1994 to 1998, he proceeded to establish and manage Golden Star Resource’s Diamond Division in Guyana, South America.

Since 1999, apart from consultancy work, he has been involved with the start-up and management of Majescor Resources Inc, a junior exploration company listed on the TSX-Venture and from 2006 to 2007, as president of North American Minerals Group, a private company.

Jacques Bonneau, MSc, Ing - Technical Advisor

Jacques Bonneau has graduated as a geological engineer from Laval University, and holds an MSc degree from the same institution. He has more than thirty five years of experience in the mining industry and has been an employee of Soquem, Falconbridge Copper Corporation, Groupe Vior-Mazarin and more recently as president and Chief Executive Officer of Minéraux Sequoia. During those years he was actively involved in the acquisition, discovery or reactivation of many projects and mineral deposits as well as the development of industrial minerals businesses. From 1994 to 2003, he was president of Mazarin Inc. and in 2004, he was President of Minéraux Sequoia inc. which employed more than 300 people until it was amalgamated with Cambior inc. on July 1st, 2004. Since 2004, he is consultant for differents majors and juniors exploration companies and special advisors for differents Flow-Through share Funds.
