Steve, I am not expecting a sustained rally. Just one that lasts long enough for longs to forget their pain before they get hit again. This is a trading market where the short-term trend is still down, the intermediate trend unclear, and the long-term trend is up. CSCO will form a intermediate top and I look to short into strength. No other tech bellweather is ready to lead this market now. btw I generally post market outlooks on weekends on the Idea thread ... only if my views change.
