Yup. Putin's moves are BS.

Putin is turning out quite the thug. He fosters permanent instability and weakness in his neighbors so Russia can come in and bite off pieces, and/or install puppet regimes.

I believe Putin's designs and acts were all quite premeditated.

Obama's response so far has been grossly inadequate and weak.

Definitely. Obama needs to step it up very quickly.
