Well, I understand that is your opinion. But there is something to be said for the fact that GWB pursued the Freedom Agenda and the Iraq War on the basis that he believed it would bring about popular uprisings in surrounding countries, and a couple years later, we see popular uprisings all over the place. The fact that Obama bungled them is a different story. Had we had more experienced, competent leadership outcomes may have been very positive.

When GWB undertook the Freedom Agenda, no one could have imagined we would elect a totally incompetent individual with no significant work experience or accomplishment to his credit.
