Fowler has always said that they build to forcast. If there is a run-up in inventory.......That would not be a bad thing. In fact, it would be good. If IDX has received word from the INS that it may be a good idea to start building large numbers of machines....well, there you go.

The fact of the matter is that the INS is, in fact, under the gun on this one. There are many in DC that want the INS shut down. The INS can't screw around. That feeling was clearly stated in the news articles of about a month ago. Sometimes you pay the price for quality and performance. I always have......and the INS will. They can't wait until April to order 300 machines to be installed by June 30.....and I doubt they will even consider ordering equal amounts from 10 different sources.
