The problem wasn't that the people couldn't drive in it, many people have come to GA from the North. The problem was the DOT never got any salt or sand on the ice and there were accidents all over that blocked all the interstates and by then, the emergency people couldn't get to the accidents to clear them out of the way or for the salt trucks to get through. So this was totally the mayors fault, in spite of what he said.
