Good time to average down? Don't know. This mess in Asia isn't over. If I knew when it would be, I wouldn't be here. However, I suspect mainland China will be the next one to panic and create buying opportunities for us. Never-the-less, we are co-owners of a penny stock company. We have to expect volatility. I don't know what the average Beta is of a penny stock but suspect it's significantly higher than the small caps, mid caps or large caps. froland.
