Well if that is redistribution in your mind - I'm fine with it. I don't think that is what Krugman had in mind in his piece though.

I know the guy who dumped his trash better than his own mother does - BECAUSE I picked up every piece of his shitty disgusting crap. Plastic crap from WalMart - and if he has enough money for bottled water - which he obviously does and he has enough money for some of the most bizarre sugary drinks that pollute his kids body - then he sure as hell has enough money to pay dump fees. ...........Or he could have dumped it in the WalMart parking lot whereby someone could have gained employment to pick it up. But - NO _ the fucker dumped it in the ditch and the ditch in the heavy run off then washed it into the creek and from there it ended up on the beach. The guy is a low life bottom feeder!

Does food stamps pick up the cost of bottled water?
