Jack--- quality buyer looking at a quality issue would not be cheap at 5K shares. quality grandmothers have more shares of TPRO bought with SS checks. If you have the $$ and want something you believe in, you buy... not to worry about 1/2 IF you believe, be honest,,, he can make a pizza money trade--- sorry I missed it or would have done the same with 10K. but 10K may have raised the price back up,,,,,, he made a great trade the under 5K probably never raised an eyebrow yet alone the price.
