"Narcotic" isn't a well-defined concept, so it is hard to say much about it.
If nicotine is a narcotic, then so is marijuana.
This is one area where I believe drug manufacturers ought to be held responsible. They know the abuse is there, there are things that could be done to limit it, and they are not even trying. Because addiction puts money in their pockets.
No offense, but this is the example of what happens when you smoke pot. You become a libtard.
