Inode, nicotine isn't technically a narcotic, but it is often lumped in with narcotics because of its highly addictive properties. The effects of marijuana, AFAIK, are more potent than that of tobacco. Those who claim that marijuana is less harmful are lying through their teeth, and I don't need to smoke that shit to know. Drug companies are required by law to tightly control their products that are classified as narcotics. The amount of regulation here is very significant, and the drug makers themselves are very sensitive to the consequences of not obeying both the letter and the spirit of the law. Besides, how do the drug companies benefit when their narcotics are stolen? They're not making a profit off of the stolen goods. Tenchusatsu
