"My argument is that water shouldn't qualify for food stamp money." The question is begged, does anyone USE the food stamp money to buy water? I doubt it. Rather than focusing your attention of food stamp recipeints, why not go after the wealthy that recieve way more of our GDP than is deserved? The wealthy that pay a lower tax rate than YOU, because of the "unearned income" they recieve? They're who make me mad. Jerks like Mitt Romney, who had to FAKE it to pay 13% one year.
