What was the story with MYEC? These subpennies are always big gambles. For every one that takes off, there are just as many that go to triple zero and become worthless. They are subpennies for a reason, but if you can catch one that has a reason to come to life, they can be very profitable. Check out FROZ. No guarantees, but the reverse merger appears to be legit from what I can make of it. FROZ is OTCQB and fully SEC reporting. The merger is expected by this Friday, and the company taking over is a fast growing company that makes fuel-efficient engines. Could be a subpenny runner.
