The reason for not going below $1 on the offer was IMO due to the ASK Size switching automatically to 2500 once below $1.00 per OTC-BB rules. Didn't know about that rule...I saw it but didn't understand it. Can you say more about it, what it means, and how it relates to BB stocks in general. Learning something everyday... tia
