Throughput remains 80WPH, no doubt about it (otherwise Detroit wouldn't be able to assemble any cars :). Tulvio uses a somewhat different measure (essentially, line throughput divided by the number of steppers), this may caused the misunderstanding.

Why does DUV step cost twice i-line step? Is this based on laser source life/cost vs. UV bulb life/cost?

Also, I assume that in terms of initial outlay, price of i-line stepper and DUV stepper with same throughput should be fairly close - the difference is only in the light source and can't be more than 450k price of the laser - am I way off?
