the study..(conducted by Harvard...??..) said that many of the young males..were 3 years old...on average and that..they..were not well received into the..'new' communities... thus they internalized their fears...and hopes.... and experienced..PTSD...as a result Ive read numerous..primate studies that indicate the same...as experienced ..by young males set adrift..in new....communities..... from The Bonobo....to the Mt Gorilla.... seems we have not fallen far from the tree the NPR piece..said..that young females fared...less worse.. and were accepted...much more easily...................
