JMO, but this is a NON-EVENT. However, with sentiment being so negative lately, this will of course spell the END for ALL technology companies. Facts as they currently stand. MSFT will begin incorporating the browser as an integral part of Windows 98. The judge in this case (I believe) found that MSFT cannot force OEM's to install IE with Windows. Windows 98 obviates this point entirely by merging Windows wih the browser. MSFT no longer must force OEM's to install it. They either install Windows or they use OS8(Mac). Which do you think they'll choose? Regards, Brian
