tatars are no problem, nor are things like tatars. I had two baked tatars last night after a nice big salad. They were great... I probably over did the butter but that's the way I like my tatars. Squash are like tatars, I fix squash the same way most of the time but sometimes I add honey to the squash... mostly just butter with salt and pepper works just fine.
