I blame his parents for not educating him.

My first priority was always the care and welfare of my kids, including making sure both were highly educated.

I raised both girls very gently with few rules. They were my buddies. I gently worked on their education every day.

One is a lawyer and one is a scientist. Both of their mates are scientists.

I feel no one should have more kids than they can afford to educate.

After health and welfare educating ones children is job 1, IMO.
