Fascinating article. Particularly Target's apparent inept and lackadaisical attitude and FEYE's Virtual Target outside of Target's real intranet. That's pretty ingenious. My guess is I'm somewhat right about FEYE, their warning should not have been so easily ignored however Target should also have been on the ball a lot more. More Target's fault than FEYE. I don't think this is a case of false positives since Symantec warned them too. The information about the perps wasn't very interesting. I think we all know they are talented, arrogant and immoral. And for sure someone this talented isn't going to be compensated by the free market as well as they can compensate themselves by coding crime. The odds of getting caught, and punished are I think pretty low. In any case good press for FEYE.
