First, yes, it could go lower.
Second, they were very careful to refer back to the 10Q, "we disclosed as of September 30, 1997 there were 400,000 shares that had been repurchased." They specifically said according to policy they will not reveal any buyback (or lack thereof) in this quarter until the 10k is announced January 28th.
So, your guess is as good as mine, I think they believe in their business, and they have much more cash than they need for the new factory and the PR program. Easily could buy 1.6 million shares at this price. We won't know until January.
