Oh my gosh, a post not bickering...how nice. Anyway, I turned to the first of the columns in PCMagazine today (I only read pages 85-95 or so, the rest of the magazine is fluff and advertisements)...and what do I find "Corel and Intel" and something about being partners in integrating Java or MMX or something into Wordperfect. Anyway, I think the ad campaign is pretty smart. Not for that reason...I'm in at 2 1/4 today, good luck to everybody, hope 2 is the bottom. Maybe somebody on the Java warpath will buy Corel out--after all it does seem to be the only suite out there competing with Word. I've always had Quattro, since that days it was dos and made by Borland, and I like the current Corel suite. Maybe that is not enuf to buy the stock...but the price looks like cheap dirt...oops dirt cheap (fingers crossed).
